One of the things that we were adamant about, when we originally designed our home, was to have facilities that made it wheelchair accessible throughout the ground floor.

Having experience with a family member who is in a wheelchair, we have, over the years, discovered that when a hotel/venue says it is "Fully accessible" it actually very often is just a token nod.

At Ad Astra I hope we have created a building which allows someone who is restricted to using a wheelchair to be fully involved with all that is going on in the house with direct access from the car parking area to a generous sized double bedroom with two single beds and en-suite wet room

The ground floor has no steps and so is ideal for someone wanting to self navigate from the bedroom into the main living areas.
